Open Account → Billing to view invoices, switch month↔year plans (proration applies immediately), redeem vouchers/gifts, and manage payment methods via the provider portal. If a renewal fails, you keep access for 3 days (past_due grace) while we email reminders. Update payment before the grace ends to avoid a soft lock.
