This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use Việt Cờ Tướng.
What we collect
Account identifiers, profile settings, billing and invoice details you provide, device/session metadata, and usage needed to operate the Service.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate you, deliver content you are entitled to, process payments and invoices, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
GDPR (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we process data under contract necessity, legitimate interests (security, product integrity), and consent where required. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export subject to legal limits.
Data subject requests (DSR)
Signed-in users can download a machine-readable export of account, billing, and session metadata from Billing (Download my data). Access, correction, and deletion requests sent via Contact are acknowledged within 7 days and fulfilled within 30 days where legally required. Account self-service deletion is not yet available; we process deletion requests manually under this SLA.
Vietnam Decree 13
Where Vietnamese personal data protection rules apply (including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP), we process and protect personal data in line with those requirements and our stated purposes.
