Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy describes refunds, cancellations, and related access rules for paid products.

No free trials

We do not offer free trials of premium books or all-access subscriptions. Preview-allowed games or assets may be available without purchase; locked content requires entitlement.

Book purchases

Lifetime book purchases unlock the listed book. Refund requests go through account support; approved refunds revoke access after the payment provider confirms the refund.

Subscriptions

You may cancel renewal via the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period unless revoked after an approved refund or chargeback.

Past-due grace

If a subscription payment fails, access may continue for a grace period of 3 days while recovery is attempted. After that grace period, premium access is locked until payment succeeds.

Gifts, vouchers, and wallet

Gift credit redeemed to wallet and wallet spend are not cash-refundable to the original card. Content gifts grant entitlement to the redeemer. Vouchers reduce checkout amount before wallet is applied.
